Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your enrolment in the 10x Communicator course. Please read them carefully before you make a purchase. By paying for the course, you agree to these rules.

Enrolment and Payment

The 10x Communicator course is provided by Fathomable. You may choose between the Standard or Plus tiers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. This secures your access to the materials and any included coaching. Early bird pricing is limited to the first 50 students.

Course Access and Licence

You receive lifetime access to the 10x Communicator materials. This includes all 49 lessons and 49 downloadable resources. We also provide future updates to the curriculum at no extra cost.

Your purchase grants a single–user licence only. You must not share your login details with other people. You are also prohibited from:

  • copying the video content

  • redistributing the templates

  • selling the frameworks as your own

  • sharing the private community link.
     

Refund Policy

We offer a 30–day money–back guarantee. We want you to feel confident in your investment. To qualify for a refund, you must complete Module 1. You must also build your foundation documents.

If you do not see immediate value after these steps, email us. We will provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions will be asked if these conditions are met.

Plus Tier Membership

The Plus tier includes extra support and community features. These are limited to 50 members total. This limit ensures a high quality of service for everyone.

Plus members receive:

  • monthly 90–minute group coaching calls

  • access to a private Slack community

  • one 60–minute strategy session with Claire Bayford

  • priority support with 24–hour response times.

 

Strategy sessions must be booked within six months of enrolment. Coaching calls follow a set schedule. We will notify you of these dates via email or Slack.

Intellectual Property

Fathomable owns all intellectual property in the course. This includes the automated agents and vibe coding tutorials. You may use these tools for your own work or your organisation. However, you cannot use them to create a competing product.

Limitation of Liability

The course provides a system for AI communications. We base our ROI calculations on average student results. However, individual results will vary. Success depends on your own implementation and effort.

Fathomable is not liable for any business losses. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. You use the AI tools and strategies at your own risk.
 

Termination

We reserve the right to end your access if you break these rules. This includes harassment within the Slack community. It also includes the unauthorised sharing of course materials. No refunds will be given in these cases.
