I’m Claire Bayford, and I built Fathomable to fix the disconnect between building great products and convincing people to use them.

With over 15 years of experience as a Product Leader, I have spent my career navigating the messy, high-stakes intersection of strategy, data, and delivery. I’ve led roadmaps for national retailers, driven innovation in the public sector, and scaled digital platforms across complex, regulated environments.

But throughout my career, I noticed a recurring pattern: Too many brilliant ideas die because their story wasn't clear.

Engineers speak in features. Executives speak in ROI. The market speaks in benefits. When these languages don't align, projects stall, funding dries up, and products launch to silence.

That’s why I don’t just consult on product; I consult on the narrative.

I am a "bilingual" strategist.

I have the technical depth to manage AI integrations and enterprise data platforms, and the communication craft to design campaigns that win PRIA awards and change public behaviour.
