Creating a global venture from zero

Building a world-first AI + geospatial analytics platform inside a Big-4 environment

We created and scaled a new venture from scratch, combining AI, satellite imagery and deep industry expertise to solve high-value problems for government and enterprise.

 

The initiative grew into a global multi-million-dollar product line, became a top three strategic priority, won APAC Innovation of the Year and delivered real-world impact across public safety, environment and infrastructure.

Transforming data and AI capability

Modernising the data backbone for one of Australia’s largest retailers

We led the strategy, roadmap and cross-functional delivery of a next-generation Enterprise Data Platform that enabled faster insights, increased automation and higher confidence in decision-making.

 

The work lifted maturity across governance, data products, agentic AI experimentation and platform adoption – supporting teams across the business to innovate at scale.

Unifying a 100+ person data division in its AI product roadmap

Building the roadmap and operating model for an enterprise data platform, Large National Retailer

 

We transformed a fragmented Data & AI division by implementing Jira Product Discovery as a single source of truth.

 

We designed a new outcome-based operating rhythm that aligned technical delivery with business strategy.

 

The result was 100% roadmap visibility across the portfolio, empowering leadership to make evidence-based decisions and driving 90%+ adoption of new governance standards across a workforce that had previously resisted change.

Embedding repeatable innovation at EY

Helping teams move from ideas to validated opportunities with confidence

We designed and rolled out a firm-wide innovation program that taught teams how to frame the right problems, test assumptions and communicate insights in a way that secures executive buy-in.

 

This work unlocked new growth opportunities, built innovation confidence across service lines and created a repeatable system teams still use today.

Driving engagement for Children's Week

Transforming a government awareness campaign through human-centric design, Victorian Government

 

We reimagined a traditional government awareness week into a highly engaging, community-led campaign.

 

By shifting the focus from policy to people, we developed a fresh brand identity and digital engagement strategy that resonated with families across the state.

 

The campaign exceeded all participation targets, significantly increased community event registrations, and successfully amplified the voices of children and families in a way that policy-heavy communications previously failed to do.

Navigating complex legislative change

Translating Fair Work legislation into actionable business processes, Australian Government

 

We tackled the challenge of implementing high-stakes changes to Fair Work legislation.

 

Our role was to translate dense legal requirements into clear, operational workflows and understandable communications for employers and employees alike.

 

This work ensured that complex regulatory shifts were adopted smoothly, minimising confusion and risk while ensuring businesses could remain compliant without being overwhelmed by legal jargon.

Eliminating a national safety hazard

Leading a product safety initiative that saved lives for the Victorian Government

We treated a critical public safety issue - curtain cord strangulation hazards - as a product design and communication challenge.

 

We developed a tangible safety kit and a high-impact PR campaign to move parents from "passive awareness" to "urgent action."

The initiative won the PRIA Award for Excellence in Public Communication, distributed thousands of safety kits into homes, and drove a measurable shift in national safety standards.
